Diversity Matters Online – are you REALLY Committed?

The reality is only 1% will commit to being an ally

Many of those who paved the way for change and fought for equal rights alongside Dr Martin Luther King during the Civil Rights movement were white allies.

BUT the majority of people feel scared about saying or doing the wrong thing and causing further offence.

BUT the truth is, this fear paralyses people like you from taking any action and the cycle of inequality continues and silence leads to complicity.

I know you want better race equality and better diversity. And I know you want to actively reduce harm to people in minority groups and you can’t do that by continuing to operate from a place of fear. Your fear and your discomfort will not help to reduce harm and enable equality.

Diversity Matters Online offers two online video courses.  The White Privilege and Anti-Racism solely for individual change-makers who want to actively be anti-racist, the other for small business owners who want to learn to better promoting diversity and inclusion in business.

Enrolment for our BETA courses are now available for a limited period of time only before a price increase.

These online video courses have been launched following requests to provide virtual services so you can learn about the power of diversity and anti-racism work in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.

They remain comfortable and the work doesn’t get done.

But transformation and long-lasting change doesn’t happen when we remain complicit and in our comfort zones.

If you are ready to feel uncomfortable. To be the powerful 1%. Ready to be challenged, to step up and lead by example, then read on to find out more about how to make some powerful and important changes.
