“The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams” – Oprah Winfrey
I would love to invite you to join me at my next retreat in the alluring Marrakech from the 15th – 18th May 2018.
A mini-break for the mind body and soul! This empowering wellness retreat is designed to give you full permission to step into your power and be your very best self.
Why & Where
Self worth and self care are vital ingredients for self-preservation.
We live in a culture that celebrates being busy and it puts pressure on us to be all-things-to-all-people, often at the expense of our own wellbeing putting ourselves at the very bottom of the to-do-list.
Self worth is powerful and essential to personal growth and success, yet so many of us have low self worth. Fear of failure, fear of being judged, or not feeling good enough, all hold us back from achieving our goals, thriving and living our true purpose.
Prioritise your self care and put yourself at the top of your to do list in this three night retreat, where you will intimately explore your self worth and self care, discover and overcome what holds you back, reignite your creativity and learn to live and consistently operate from a place where you are truly thriving. Work on self-development is not for the faint-hearted and you will be treated to everything from restorative yoga and massage, to delightful Hammam rituals for your hard work.
Taking place at Dar Jaguar, this 4* stunning riad hotel brings an Oasis of calm, against the bustling backdrop of Marrakech’s medina, the perfect metaphor for learning to live with more freedom and peace against the demands of modern day life. You’ll leave the retreat feeling grounded, awakened and rejuvenated whilst building friendships and community with like-minded people who all share one common goal – to live more fulfilling lives.
