I adore helping people. From helping people re-discover their ambition, boosting confidence, or helping people who are struggling with their wellbeing, or simply with motivation.

It is a real joy watching people go through an authentic journey to discover their purpose.

There is no one size fits all approach to my coaching style, I offer bespoke services, working holistically to explore and discover ways to enable you to achieve your own version of success and look after your well-being in the process.

Coaching

Nova is a holistic therapist with 8 years extensive experience in mental health, a background in counselling skills and qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2012. Nova works with great compassion, integrity, holistically and most importantly, in confidence with all of her clients.

NLP Life Coaching  is a powerful and life-changing tool to help you uncover barriers and develop the skills you need to achieve your own version of success and step into your true potential.

How can coaching help?

My approach to coaching is incredibly holistic.

Coaching can help a variety of people in many different ways. From improving self-esteem, to identifying  goals. It can also help you improve self-esteem, relationships, improve productivity, empower, focus,  boost confidence, or help you develop useful strategies to control or eliminate stress, anxiety or  overcome phobias (such as public speaking) or other unhelpful behaviours.

Anyone who is ready to make a positive change,  invest in self-development and live a more fulfilling life.

I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients, from small business owners, to corporate senior managers, brides, grooms, architects, actors, musicians and students.

Wellbeing

With over 8 years experience in mental wellbeing, working notably with charities such as MIND, I am passionate about encouraging positive wellbeing.

It’s quite common to forget to invest in ourselves. Burnout is a regular occurrence for many people, especially in women; when the day-to-day pressures of life and navigating busy workloads takes its toll.

My wellbeing services offer a holistic approach with a focus on self-care, exploring any emotional aspects that are blocking you from reaching your potential and this can include mindfulness based approaches.

So many of us feel guilty from taking time out from our day for respite, often associating being busy as being successful. So much so, we get distracted from being in the present moment, which can result in overwhelm and more frequently, stress, anxiety or burnout. I work closely with you to practice being mindful, enabling you to gain control of your thoughts and feelings so you are better able to manage them.

Consciously taking steps to implement regular self-care, manage yourself and your boundaries can help you remain healthy work more efficiently and effectively.
