There is no one size fits all approach to my style, I offer bespoke services, working holistically and in confidence to explore and discover ways to enable you to achieve your own version of success and look after your well-being in the process.
With over 9 years experience in wellbeing, working in both disability and mental health, notably alongside leading charities such as MIND, I am passionate about encouraging positive wellbeing.
It’s quite common to forget to invest in ourselves. Burnout is a regular occurrence for many people, especially in women; when the day-to-day pressures of life and navigating busy workloads takes its toll.
With vast knowledge of the Equalities Act, I use this to work with individuals and business owners that may worried about discrimination and how their health may affect their ability to do their job and how others may perceive them. I work to empower, to break down any fear around stigma and disclosure and the importance of managing expectations.
I offer mentoring services that include sign-posting to specialist support services, developing realistic wellbeing goals that focus on giving you control back of your health, so that you are able to move beyond autonomous mode and thrive in all aspects of life with the knowledge that you have the tools, skills and resilience to cope with whatever life throws at you.
Nova is a holistic therapist with over 9 years extensive experience in mental health, a background in counselling skills and qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2012. Nova works with great compassion, integrity, holistically and most importantly, in confidence with all of her clients.

How can coaching help?
My approach to coaching is incredibly holistic.
Coaching can help a variety of people in many different ways. From improving self-esteem, to identifying goals. It can also help you improve confidence, relationships, improve productivity, empower, focus, or help you develop useful strategies to control or eliminate stress, anxiety or overcome phobias (such as public speaking) or other unhelpful behaviours.
